Introduction

HI everyone!!! I am Rafet Bojaj, 4th year student at RIT. My major is business management and entrepreneurship.. I transferred to RIT this year from the American University in Kosovo, I did so because I think here at RIT I will have better chances to learn more about business in general and American business in particular. I arrived at RIT on Aug 22nd, in the beginning I was temporarily assigned at RIT Inn, but I figured it is hard to live in a hotel for a long time so I decided to move to Park Point apartments at RIT. Currently I am taking four classes and they are: Global Standards, Organizational Behavior, Arts of Expression and Foundations of Public Policy. I am enjoying all of them so far, even though all of them require a lot of work and time( well that's why I am here for). Also I am currently working as a Supplemental Instruction Leader for Microeconomics class.
When I came to visit RIT for the first time during spring break 2008 I was amazed by many things that I saw here at RIT, so I thought I should come here to finish my last year of studies. I share my thoughts with our host Lyndsey McGrath and she was very willing to help me make my dream come true. Ever since she helped me in many ways, making things way easier starting from preparing papers for the embassy interview, housing issues, picked me up on arrival day, and a lot of help in the academic sphere. Also I wanted to mention Jeff Cox and Lilli Jensen from International Student Services, who helped me with the paper work for the visa extension and other things as well.
This is a short and overall review of my life here at RIT so far.
Thank you!
Rafet
