Approaching the end of the 1st quarter

There have been many interesting things going on for me during the last couple of weeks. There were a lot of assignments to be done for most of my classes, they all went pretty well and I am satisfied with the grades that I got. One of the most exciting projects for last week was a 30 min presentation with my group for the benefits of working at FedEx. I also have another very interesting assignment due the end of the quarter about the last US government bail out plan. I have already started to do some research and I am finding it very interesting due to the fact that I like politics and public policy making. We will have to see, I might come up with a better plan that will save the American economy in my 7 page assignment☺.
Another very exciting thing that I wanted to mention is that I have recently bought a car, which is a great thing when you live in America I guess. I paid very reasonable price for it and the benefits that I am getting from it are way higher then costs of buying and keeping it. The car allowed me to visit my Kosova friends in Corning NY, it was a great weekend being with them, we shared a lot of memories from the time at AUK while we were making plans how to make ourselves and Kosova better off.
The following 2 weeks will be very packed with assignments and exams, so I have already started to prepare in order to get the best out of them. With the winter knocking on the door and the cold weather out there, it seems there is not much to do out there other then sitting in my warm apartment at part point and do my homework. Excluding tomorrow though, when I will go out and celebrate Halloween for the 2nd time in the US.
